Osobní příběh osobního designu

Člověk by se neměl bát změny. Změna je totiž vždycky k lepšímu, pokud tedy jdeme dál ponaučeni z předchozích chyb (taková rehabilitace, jestli chápeš, kam mířím :)

V tomto blogu alespoň sama projdu tím, k čemu svou tvorbou vyzývám ostatní - vyjadřuji otevřeně svoji jedinečnost, svůj originální postoj k tomuhle vesmíru.

Je to pro mě velká změna a není jednoduchá, věřte mi. Ale dlužím sobě, Rehabu i vám tenhle úplně první, čistě osobní blog, kterým chci všechny fanoušky mého milovaného Rehabilitačního Projektu uvést do zákulisí týhle pomalovaný hry.

Kdo jsem vlastně já?

Nejsem vystudovaná módní návrhářka, bývalá modelka, ani umělkyně, vlastně nemám kromě titulu Master of Arts s uměním absolutně nic společného. Za celý život jsem namalovala maximálně panáčka jak ho všichni známe a keramiku jsem obdivovala zásadně jen ze slušnosti. Průměr z výtvarky byl “slabší dvě”. Po dvou dokončených postgraduálních titulech v cizině, konzultační činnosti v oblasti digitálního marketingu a celoživotní mozkové činnosti na 450% jsem ani netušila, že by se mé ruce mohly někdy věnovat něčemu jinému než je ťukání do klávesnice nejnovějšího Macbooku.

A přesto, v prosinci 2014, v den, kdy jsem se vrátila z Thajské Ko Lanty (kde jsem poprvé uviděla ručně dělané pomalované tašky btw), jsem najednou věděla, že už nic nebude stejně. Ten den mi zemřela babička. Osoba, s jejíž odchodem z mého života odešla hlavní fanynka, posluchačka a zdroj bezpodmínečné lásky v jednom. Nevěděla jsem, jak ztrátu filtrovat, čím tu bolest otupět, jak ji nahradit… a tak jsem jednoho dne, při vzpomínání na Thajsko, koupila barvy… a začala malovat. Né však na plátno, to mě naprosto, ale naprosto vůbec nelákalo. Já zamířila rovnou do šatníku, vzala oblečení, barvy, zahodila strach a jakékoli myšlenky na to, že nemám na nic co se týká ruční výroby talent, a najednou byla zase doma.

Brala jsem barvu do rukou, patlala ji na džíny holýma rukama, špejlema - vším, co bylo při ruce. Psala jsem nápisy a hesla, nejvíc LOVE, HOPE, DREAM ... držely mě v tom období při životě a nad vodou. Fascinovalo mě to, jak dopadaly kapky barvy na bílý podklad, to, jak rozzářila každá barva celkový obraz úplně jinak. Sledovala jsem, jak reaguje barva na vodu, na sílu trhu ruky, na jakýkoli jiný detail, který jsem pozměnila (testování barev tak, aby byly pratelné a vydržely v neměnné podobě pak samozřejmě trvalo další půlrok a přečíst si o tom můžete tady ). Až po dvou hodinách mi došlo, že jsem si zničila půlku skříně a obýváku, protože práce s barvami je takový krásně barevně špinavý business :) od té doby je to můj největší filtr, nejmilovanější zdroj okamžitého štěstí, moje odměna. A barvu mám neustále opravdu naprosto všude, včetně vlasů nebo mého psa Taa :)

Formuje se business...

Moje první `klientka`-kamarádka mě potkala ve výtahu s Levi`s boyfriendy, které jsem si pomalovala a roztrhala jako jedny z prvních. Přišla pro mě nečekaná reakce - zamilovala se a okamžitě je chtěla. Začala hrdě nosit můj první výtvor a zanedlouho přinesla věci pro své miminko, pak pro manžela, pak kabáty, šusťákovky, tepláky, Air Maxy… Měla jsem velké štěstí - Terezka je totiž taková fashion ikona českého hokejového světa a navíc nejlepší plátno jsou pro mě značky typu Replay a Prada, protože mě nejvíc baví převracet luxus na hlavu :) Ale zpátky do příběhu. K Terezce se přidaly se další holky, které po Terky outfitech vždy pokukovaly :) Prakticky mě v dalším kroku donutila udělat první hotový/eshopový produkt Project Rehab - Lítačky, protože “je prostě potřebovala”. Byla jsem ráda, že mám na co malovat, čím se bavit, že mi umožnila zkoušet nové a nové materiály a dávala mi postupně nové výzvy. Budu vždycky vděčná za ten její "to je bomba!" výraz pokaždé, co uviděla její staré věci v rehabilitované/pomalované podobě.

Utvrzovala mě v tom, že plním to, co jsem si předsevzala, když jsem poprvé namalovala na džíny “zfleku” to osudové logo W<3 - WITH LOVE — s láskou - dávat sobě a ostatním lásku a energii skrz to, co dělám. Protože nenávisti je všude okolo až moc.

Tahle láska a nadšení Rehab fanoušků z nošení pomalovaných věcí byla právě to, co mi pomohlo se postupně oklepat ze ztráty - Lásku jsem začala dostávat v podobě úsměvů a opravdu dojemné podpory stále se zvětšující, mezinárodní pomalované Rehab komunity.

A dneska?

Po prvních zakázkách jsem věděla, že produkci musím přesunout někam, kde budu moct svobodně cákat, stříkat, malovat, rozmachovat se a nemyslet při tom na to, že mě to stojí miliardu ve ztrátách. Přesunula jsem se do baráčku, kde jsem s babičkou vyrostla a ateliér si udělala u ní v obýváku a kuchyni - v místech, kde mi bylo vždycky nejlíp. Děda, který v domě stále bydlí, je totiž nejvíc nejbáječnější a už dávno se smířil s tím, že nostalgie se musí přemalovat do neonových barev, jak jsem mu vysvětlila. Měl totiž tendence chodit nahoru do jejich bývalého bytu a vzpomínat. Nakonec je snad rád, že se doma nenudí - přijímá balíky a několik z vás už ho i osobně při předávce věcí poznali. Můžete tedy asi tvrdit, že jsme taková rodinná firma :)

A tak pokaždé při malování myslím na osobu, která ten konkrétní kus bude nosit. Proces neuspěchávám a vždycky osobně komunikuji s klientem, aby byl design co nejvíce osobní. Snažím se slovy a barvami vložit energii, kterou bude nosit na sobě, tak, aby byla osobní a povzbuzující. Ale hlavně, aby podtrhovala jedinečnost každého, kdo Rehab nosí.

Snažím se o to, aby opravdu každý kus nesl své vlastní poselství lásky, dobra, své vlastní sdělení a tím pádem inspiroval a mezi lidmi rozpoutal konverzaci. Jsem totiž naprosto přesvědčená, že je čas, aby oblečení mělo osobní smysl a začalo vyjadřovat smysluplné sdělení, nejen status.

A závěrem ještě trochu dojetí - děkuju Vám všem pomalovaným za to, že jste to pochopili. A že za mnou stojíte od začátku. Bez každého jediného z Vás bych tohle nebyla schopná ani napsat, natož prožít :)
